Charity Status
Troon Church of Scotland is a registered Scottish charity, number SC015019. It is the successor charity to its three legacy congregations of Portland, St Meddan’s and Troon Old parish churches.
Trustees’ Report and Accounts
The church financial year runs from 1st January to 31st December. Portland, St Meddan’s and Troon Old parish churches united to form Troon Church of Scotland on 1st July 2024, so our first set of accounts consolidates the accounts from our three legacy congregations, from 1st January 2024, the start of the year in which Union took place.
This major piece of work was carried out on our behalf by Azets (Chartered Accountants), who produced the Trustees’ Report and Accounts for Troon Church of Scotland, for the year ended 31st December 2024. The accounts were approved by the Trustee Elders on 26th August 2025 and have been submitted to the Church of Scotland and to OSCR.
