Welcome!

Troon Church of Scotland is the new congregation created by the union of Portland, St Meddan’s and Troon Old parish churches. The new church, like this website, is very much a work in progress.

So whether you’re a member of the congregation, a resident of Troon, or are just passing through, please come in: you’re most welcome!

(While this website is being developed, our three legacy churches’ websites will still be available – see below.)

Worship

Worship is the centre around which we build our life together. In worship we can bring the fullness of our lives to God: our joy and our pain, our laughter and our tears, our hopes and our doubts, our questions and our certainty. Jesus Christ above all others understands the complexity of our humanity and loves us all the more.

We invite you to come and worship with us this and every week.

Sunday Worship

We meet for Sunday morning worship at 10:30am.

For now, our regular place of worship will alternate monthly between our Portland sanctuary and our St Meddan’s sanctuary. Some special services will also take place in our Troon Old sanctuary.

Please visit our Worship Schedule for full details of services, including relaxed midweek services for those who find it difficult to attend Sunday morning services for whatever reason.
